By accessing or using Social operated by CodeMez at social.codemez.com or our applications (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
3. Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant CodeMez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

The Service, including its design, logos, software, and branding, is owned by CodeMez or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USER CONTENT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON WHO POSTED IT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODEMEZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
